A Texas Tech Guard documented a fire alarm activation, which occurred, on
the second floor of the Health Sciences Center, in Room 210C. An employee
overheated a food item which caught fire; smoke accumulated in the room and
activated a smoke detector. There was no damage to the room. There was no
EPFD response. See incident report#11-006EP.
