A Texas Tech Police Officer documented damage to university property,
which occurred at the exit of the west patient parking lot. The exit arm gate
was completely broken off when it descended onto an exiting vehicle owned
by the City of El Paso Health Department. There was minor damage to the
city vehicle. See incident report # 11-002EP.

A Texas Tech Police Officer investigated a theft, which occurred, in the open
office area of Room 2200, located on the second floor of the Medical
Education Building. A female staff member reported her porcelain figurine
taken from an unsecured area. See offense report # 11-003EP.
