A Texas Tech Police Officer documented a 911 medical emergency, which
occurred in the Texas Tech Psychiatric Center, located in the basement of the
El Paso Psychiatric Center. A female patient suffered seizures and was
transported by EPFEMS to Sierra Medical Center. See incident report
# 10-212EP.
TTPD
A Texas Tech Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred
in the teal pod of the Pediatric Clinic, located on the third floor of the Medical
Center. A female visitor suffered complications from a suture rupture and was
transported by EPFEMS to University Medical Center. See incident report
# 10-213EP.

TTPD
A Texas Tech Guard documented a fire alarm activation, which occurred on
the first floor west wing, of the Medical Sciences Building. An employee
overheated food in a microwave oven creating smoke and caused the
activation. There was no EPFD response. See incident report # 10-214EP.
