on 08/10/11 in the Obstetrics/Gynecological area, third floor on the School of
Medicine and was now being reported. The victim, a Texas Tech Health
Sciences Center employee, stated that the incident involved another Texas
Tech Health Sciences Center employee. See offense report # 11-079AM.

A Texas Tech Security Guard documented information on a medical
occurrence at the School of Medicine. A physician in the Internal Medicine
Clinic had requested an ambulance for transport. The patient was transported
from the School of Medicine to Perryton Medical Center in Perryton, Texas.
