A Texas Tech Security Guard documented information in reference to a
medical occurrence at the School of Medicine. A patient was transported from
Northwest Texas Hospital to the surgery clinic for an appointment. After the
appointment, the patient was transported by ambulance back to Northwest
Texas Hospital. See incident report # 10-035AM.
