Officer Cruz and Officer Radle arrested a non student for fictitious inspection
certificate and driving while license invalid, after a observed traffic violation
in the 1800 block of Tech Parkway and a subsequent traffic stop in the 1700
block of Tech Parkway. The non student was transported to the Lubbock
County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See
offense report # 10-0436.
