A Texas Tech Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred
in the Ob/Gyn Clinic, located on the second floor of the Medical Center. A
female patient suffered a seizure. EPFEMS personnel arrived, but the female
refused transport to a hospital. See incident report # 10-120EP.
