Guard Rosales documented a fire alarm activation, which occurred in the
basement of the Medical Center. Contractors removing ceiling tiles created
debris accumulation in a smoke detector which subsequently activated the fire
alarm. The building was evacuated. There was no EPFD response nor any
damages or injuries reported. See incident report # 10-016EP.
