A Texas Tech Police Officer investigated disorderly conduct, which occurred
at the School of Medicine Lab, located on the 3rd floor. A male patient was
causing a disturbance by yelling loud and profane language at staff members.
He was released pending the filing of charges for disorderly conduct with the
JP4 Court. See offense report #10-004-AM.
