Officer Babcock arrested a non-student in the 1800 block of Knoxville Avenue for
driving while license invalid and two Lubbock County Sheriff ‘s Department
warrants, following an observed traffic violation in the 1700 block of Knoxville
Avenue. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Sheriff’s
Department and the vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See
offense report # 09-0706.

Officer Digby investigated criminal mischief which occurred in the C-11 parking
lot of Texas Tech University. Person(s) unknown damaged an antenna to a
visitor’s vehicle. See offense report# 09-0707.

Officer Digby issued a criminally trespass to a non student after a suspicious
person stop in the Z4-R parking lot of Texas Tech University. The non-student
was observed looking into vehicles. See incident report# 09-0708.
