driving while license invalid after an observed traffic violation in the 700
block of Texas Tech Parkway. The non-student was released pending the
filing of charges with Judge Stratton’s Office. The vehicle was released to a

Officer Macias detained a non-student in the 2600 block of Broadway
Avenue. The non-student was issued a criminal trespass warning from all
