Officer Williams detained a student after a traffic stop in the Z4P parking lot.
The student was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol
by a minor and driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor then
released. The vehicle was left legally parked in the Z4P parking lot. See
