Guard Tapia documented a fire alarm activation, which occurred on the first
floor of the Medical Science Building (MEB) in room 1H01. The cause of the
alarm was due to dirt accumulation in a smoke detector from contractors
replacing ceiling tiles. The building was evacuated. There was no EPFD
response nor any damages or injuries reported. See incident report
# 09-118EP.
