Entry was reviewed and approved by Lt. Quintela on March 26, 2009 at 0800 hours. the blue pod of the Pediatric Clinic. The alarm was set off accidentally when the button was pushed by a Texas Tech employee. No emergency occurred.
SHIFT 2
1420 222 Sgt. Martinez investigated tampering with a witness involving HSC employees. A victim of a criminal offense was approached twice, in conversation, to think again about prosecuting another HSC employee for the original offense. See offense report # 09-059EP.
