Sgt. Martinez documented a reported fire alarm activation at the Medical
Education Building. The cause of the alarm was a power outage that effected
the entire Texas Tech/Thomason Hospital area. There was no reported injury
or property damage and no EPFD response. See Incident report # 08-188EP.
