Online Bachelor of Arts in ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP Program Information The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership Online Degree Completion Program is designed for students who have completed 60 hours or more of college coursework. It enables experienced college students and professionals to earn an undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University with the flexibility of online study. Organizational Leadership is a multidisciplinary program of study for those interested in leadership theory and practice. The program prepares students to assume leadership roles in organizational settings in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. The degree program is a joint venture of the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, the Monte Ahuja College of Business, and the School of Communication. Admission Requirements The program is designed to utilize previous college coursework and accommodate students who have completed an associate’s degree. Students must have a minimum of 60 semester hours completed (junior standing) and meet CSU admission requirements, including a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Applications must be submitted no later than one month before the semester of entry including official transcripts for transfer students. Incoming Transfer Students Transfer applicants enrolled at other institutions must send additional final official transcripts a minimum of two weeks prior to the first CSU semester. Program admission may be revoked if final transcripts have not been received and successful completion of necessary coursework cannot be confirmed. Tuition and Fees CSU tuition and fees are calculated based on your enrollment status, residency and course selections. Students in the Online Degree Completion program are charged the regular CSU tuition rate with an additional web course fee of $25.00 per credit hour. Additional fees include books and supplies. Online students save on housing, meal plans, transportation and parking. Financial Aid Students must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours (part-time student status) and meet all other compliance requirements to qualify for financial aid.
