Admissions Requirements
Applicants to the Master of Public Administration Program must meet the
minimum requirements established by the College of Graduate Studies and
the MPA program faculty:
1. A minimum undergraduate grade-point average of 3.0.
2. Two letters of recommendation, preferably from faculty.
3. Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English-language
proficiency (meet one of the following):
• TOEFL test with a minimum score of 525 (Paper Based Exam) or 65
(Internet Based Exam with minimum of 14 in sections)
• IELTS test with a minimum score of 6.0
• iTEP test with a minimum score of 5.0
