4.
Saving of rights
A degree, diploma or graduate certificate that has been deleted from section 1, 2 or 3
may nevertheless be conferred or awarded by the council on or to a person who has
satisfied the requirements for, but not graduated with, the particular degree, diploma or
graduate certificate.
