Position Information Questionnaire (PIQ) timeframe Administrative Procedure The President and the Human Resource Director has the authority to request that an employee and/or supervisor review, revise or prepare a PIQ for evaluation. If a PIQ is requested by the President or the Human Resource Director, the employee and/or supervisor has 45 calendar days to review, revise and/or complete the PIQ and submit it to the Human Resource Director for evaluation. The employee and supervisor will be invited to attend a training session on the proper way to prepare a PIQ. At that time the employee and supervisor will be informed of the due date of the PIQ. If they do not attend the training they will receive a written notice of the due date. All completed PIQ’s are to be submitted directly to the Human Resource Director after the employee, supervisor and department administrator have reviewed and signed the PIQ.
