EXAM PREPARATION: STATE OF CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSING EXAM
Catalog Description:
90– Exam Preparation: State of California Real Estate Licensing Exam
Real and personal property acquisition, ownership, estates in real property, joint tenancies,
partnerships, sales contracts, homesteads, deeds and taxes. Methods of financing, real estate
practices, and regulation of the real estate business. 2 hours.

Expected Outcomes for Students:
Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:
