Determine if email is the appropriate channel of communication for a variety of situations; 2. compose and edit high-quality email content and subject lines; 3. utilize email technology (attachments, signature files, inbox, folders, spam protection, virus and worm protection, and more) effectively; 4. protect one’s online identity; 5. exhibit proper email etiquette; 6. use email in job searches; 7. conduct further research into advanced email topics, such as return receipts, digital signatures and certificates, disclaimers, and priority email.
