The following is an action plan to help guide our committee’s work. Items 1-5 are immediate priorities and must be accomplished in a short timeframe with
action taking place prior to the end of the fall 2011 semester. Items 6-9 are essential to long term programmatic assessment/improvement and need to be
completed by end of spring 2012 semester. Items 10 & 11 are important to achieve and communicate the goals of our committee.
