Call To Order The meeting was called to order at 2:10 p.m. 2. Minutes of November 29, 2011 There was some discussion about the wording on the minutes regarding Patricia Shannon’s presentation on the SLOs. It was suggested that the second sentence that begins with “She remembers a heated conversation…” be removed completely. The third sentence in this area should then have the “However, as” deleted and leaves the beginning of the sentence to read “We are now…” In regards to Repeatability: Begona suggested that where Ken Grace discusses the changes to the 175 hour rule in Title 5, it should read: “The changes (175 hours to 350 hours) would allow students….” Jane and Gary Carter had some discussion about prioritizing the classes that are repeatable to be handled in a logical manner. Catherine Pinkas stated that the change in repeatability of classes begins in Fall 2013. Each course outline that can be repeated will need a different content and outcome for each repeat.
