We have been asked to “opt-in” early, and we’d like to send teams—initiative groups (e.g., pathways, college up, diversity, etc) are possibles. This is a really great opportunity: interest? • SLOAC: noticed on the Flex day planning, a note about impact of “outside changes.” Something we need to know? PRBC Process for Program Review • • • • • • Deans review program reviews and summarize them. AND shared governance committees review pertinent sections and dean's summary. Deans and committees generate response. GOAL: INTEGRATION AND FEEDBACK Deans' summary and committee responses will use templates (accreditation style, noting excellence, good work, weaknesses, recommendations, and required action) AS WELL AS prioritize:1) short term and doable, 2) possible action but with challenges, 3) documented need, but no resources. GOAL: CONSISTENCY and PRIORITIZATION. Aggregate deans' summaries and committee responses. PRBC reviews draft, available to whole campus. DATE NEEDED: GOAL: TRANSPARENCY In progress: online library of submissions, templates, and cues. Paper copy provided to each shared governance committee. Deans and committees will work through April 24, with Dean's summaries due to committees as soon as possible. Final responses from committees will be due XXXXX. GOAL: PAPER TRAIL, INTEGRATION, FEEDBACK, TRANSPARENCY Discussion of draft at April XXXX meetings includes prioritization and recommendations, finalized on April 24 and made available.
