The Business in Norway program is held at Buskerud and Vestfold University College in Honefoss, Norway and is the Rawls College of Business’s longest running FacultyLed program. Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Management, General Business, Business minors as well as Engineering students all have the opportunity to participate in this program. COURSES OFFERED: MKT 4358 - International Marketing taught by Dr. Shannon Rinaldo MGT 4375 - International Management taught by Prof. Kjetil Gjerdalen Certificate Programs for Engineering and Business: Students have the unique opportunity to receive a Certificate in International Entrepreneurship and business students have the opportunity to receive a Certificate in International Business upon completion of 9 credit hours (MKT 4358 International Marketing, MGT 4375 International Management, and BA 4383 Special Topics in Business - Entrepreneurship). Both certificate programs combine 6 credit hours from the Summer I Faculty-Led Business. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: This international summer program will include a diverse classroom and social experience with students participating from all over the world. • • • • • Group trip to Bergen & Fjord tour “Norway in a Nutshell” Group trip to Stockholm, Sweden Company visits Welcome BBQ, and Orientation Group and individual hiking opportunities PROGRAM DATES: May 24th - June 24th (subject to change) “The Norway program opened my eyes to a completely different way of life.
