By Wednesday April 25, 2012: Notify Hillery Oberle or Sarah Bridges of intent to submit TUES proposal. ____ 2. Make sure you have access to the NSF FastLane system. When you start your application in FastLane select Allow SRO to view and edit. ____ 3. Friday May 11, 2012 by 9 am: Submit draft Budget and Budget Justification for review. ____ 4. Wednesday May 16, 2012 by 9 am: Send any drafts of proposal components you would like RSP to comment on or proofread. ____ 5. Thursday May 17, 2012: If applicable, all final sub-award materials to RSP from collaborating institutions. ____ 6. Monday May 21, 2012 by 9 am: Final Budget and Budget Justification to RSP for internal review, also send any additional drafts for comments or proofreading. Once your budget is approved by RSP, circulate your Proposal Routing and Approval Form (PRAF). ____ 7. Wednesday May 23, 2012 by 9 am: All FINAL materials uploaded into Fastlane. ____ 8.
