2016 ISPE PNW Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Supporters,
The primary purpose of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of ISPE is to be the leading technical organization for
professionals engaged in producing quality medicine and pharmaceutical delivery devices throughout the
product lifecycle. With nearly 178 local members, the ISPE Pacific Northwest Chapter dedicates its efforts
to facilitate venues for networking, interaction, and information sharing within our region to support the
growth of the local science industry.
ISPE is a nonprofit, member association with the local chapter led by volunteers. Our events and activities
are 100% funded by our dedicated sponsors. As such, we are seeking sponsorship for a variety of events
in 2016. We hope that you and your organization will see this as an opportunity to invest in the local
science community, network with potential colleagues and clients, and develop your business.
Events include tours of local facilities such as manufacturing organizations, vivariums, or laboratories. Our
annual holiday party. We also host fun, networking tours of local breweries or distilleries – one of our most
popular events! Additionally, we have held a successful golf tournament each year, with as many as 75
players participating. Our Commuter Conferences are after-hours educational events, where our
constituents can drop by for some drinks and appetizers, networking, and to learn about the latest hot topics
in the industry.
Sponsorship includes full admission to the event for two individuals of your choosing. Your organization’s
name and logo will be prominently presented on all marketing materials (email communications, website,
etc.) and on posters during the event, and additional perks for choosing our sponsorship packages as
defined below. Additionally, your organization will also be given an opportunity at the event to introduce
