ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
** Students Entering the Program Beginning with the Summer of 1998: A minimum of six credits of the Electives in Business must be 400-level Accounting courses selected
from the following: ACCT424, Advanced Federal Tax Accounting; ACCT426 Advanced Fraud Examination; ACCT430, Advanced Accounting 1; ACCT431, Advanced Accounting 2;
OR ACCT448, Advanced Cost Accounting.
Graduation Requirements : Students are required to have earned an overall 2.0 cumulative average to graduate. Accounting majors are required to have earned a 2.0
cumulative average in: 1) Business Core requirements, 2) Accounting Specialization requirements, and 3) Electives in Business. Forty percent (40%) of all credits (48 credits)
must be completed at the upper division level.

BUSED333, Business Communication, is REQUIRED. ENGL200, Writing Proficiency Exam does not satisfy this requirement.
University policy 3454: No required courses may be taken using the Pass/Fail Option. Required courses are those used to satisfy requirements for majors (including required
cognate courses), minors, or general education.
In selecting an elective, the student is reminded to have the proper prerequisites and to avoid elective courses below that level for which the student has already been
prepared in the subject field.
