Supply Chain Management Application In order to effectively manage faculty-to-student ratios, student development, instructional quality, placement of graduates, enrollment, and resource constraints, admission into the supply chain management concentration is required. Admission into the supply chain management program is competitive and a limited number of students will be admitted into the program each semester. Admissions decisions will be based on a comprehensive review of a student’s application materials. A completed application consists of: 1. 2. 3. 4. Applications for admission into the supply chain program are required for enrollment in any of the 4000 level SCM courses. Applications for admission into the Fall 2016 semester are due by March 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Late applications may not be considered. *Note: Student must have completed or be enrolled in MKT/SCM 3353 and/or MKT/SCM 3351 to apply for admission in the supply chain management program. Student applications will be reviewed by a panel. The panel may consist of faculty, staff, or industry professionals. The panel will evaluate all application materials in a holistic manner in order to select the best candidates for the supply chain management program. Due to the competitive nature of the admissions process, the average profile of admitted students may change over time. The personal statement is optional, but it provides students with the opportunity to highlight any strengths or explain any weaknesses in their applications. Personal statements must be typed, double spaced, 12-point font, and limited to 4 pages.
