1. If a student is not working hard, creating indiscipline, irregular to the class, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the Managing Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
2. After depositing the course fee, if a student become disinterested due to any reason whatsoever the course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
a) Registration fee is non-refundable.
b) Remaining Fee {Total fee – Registration fee} shall be equally divided into two parts for one year.
c) After 4 weeks of study from the date of commencement of Lec, any refund shall not be applicable.
d) Within 4 weeks of course from the date of commencement of Lec.

It is for student himself/herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain examination or not;
Institute doesn’t hold itself responsible if a student’s admission from can’t be forwarded to or is rejected by the concerned examination body for any reason, whatsoever.
4. Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach a Xerox copy of marks sheet of class ix/x
& passport size photograph to the admission form. The institute reserved the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in IIT-JEE, AIEEE, CET, Science
Olympiad or any other exam. The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.

Looking at the difficulty Level of These Exams as In IJSO Only 12 seats are there across Maharashtra. Student shall be selected on Merit Basis and will be Re
Shuffled Round the Year on The Basis of Their Tests in the Line with the
Academic Patterns at Kota/Mumbai.
3. There are expert faculty members as Per the Vertical and division of subject as
Per the old kota Pattern of studies. For E.g.: There are Three diff. divisions in
Chemistry Dept. – Dealing with Their separate Division As Physical Chemistry,
Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry. Similarly in Physics – Mechanics,
Electrostatics, Thermodynamics and Optics and Mathematics – Algebra,
Geometry and Applied Mathematics. So each Part is taken care by individual expert Faculty accordingly.

Please Do not Meet FEPL Faculty Directly - As They are faculty members and are always busy in taking Lectures and Thus are not allowed to deal in admin related matters without approval of Sr. School Management and FEPL.
E.For Missed Lecture :
As a matter of strict Policies From Mumbai H.O. , In Case if any student misses any of the lecture/s Then : a. He / She shall not be allowed For the further lectures – As He / She shall not be able to understand the subject further which may disturb other Students.
b. FEPL Management shall look into the genuinely of the reason of missing the lecture – In case if the same reason is found sufficient enough – Then FEPL shall direct its faculty members to cover the missed Portion of the student separately and Then allow for the regular lectures c. The definition of genuine reasons in FEPL shall include :
 Medical Issues related to the Student or his / her first relationships like father , mother , brother , sister etc.
 Any other such reason related to either medical Issues of Second/Third relationships like Uncle , Aunty etc. OR Marriage / Functions etc. shall be
Considered only if the prior approval for the same via the Procedure as mentioned to Contact FEPL H.O. Permanently via E-mail/SMS/Off line application @ School. – [Pls. be clear only giving Intimation shall necessarily be needed – As then We shall have to arrange extra cover up lectures for the child before getting back into the regular lecture.] d. In case if the Lectures are being missed without any genuine reason – as defined earlier – FEPL H.O. reasons the right to discontinue the student on disciplinary ground by the Immediate effect.
