Math Learning Center: 12:30 - 1:30 Thursday. The MLC is open 9-1:30 Monday - Thursday. Homework: Homework will be assigned but not collected. Suggested homework is listed on the reverse. It will be very difficult to succeed in this class without doing the assigned homework. Exams: There will be two exams (100 pts each) and a cumulative final exam (150 pts). If you are unable to be at an exam at the scheduled time, it is your responsibility to contact me ahead of time. If you need special arrangements regarding exams, please talk to me as soon as possible. Quizzes: There will be quizzes given each day that there is not an exam, excluding 31 May and today. The material on the quizzes will closely follow examples from class and the suggested homework. Quizzes will be given at the beginning of class. There will be 18 quizzes given, the best 15 will be recorded and worth 150 points. Grading: There will be 500 points possible in this course. Letter grades will be as follows.
