Position: Retail Service Specialist
Location: Cleveland Central and East Region
Employment: Full Time- 40 hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 7:30 pm, Saturday 8:15 am - 2:30 pm
Job Description:
Dollar Bank is currently seeking a Retail Service Specialist for our Central Cuyahoga County region of
branches. As an RSS, you will be responsible for identifying our customers’ financial needs by providing a
thorough analysis and recommending the most appropriate Dollar Bank products and services to fulfill those
needs. You will use your sales and customer service experience, product knowledge and positive demeanor to
initiate, expand and retain customer relationships through customer conversations and outbound calling. We
are looking for flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with a sincere appreciation for people and an
empathetic communication style to proactively contribute to the branch Relationship Building and Customer
Service goals. Candidate will support multiple branch locations in a specified region.

Qualifications:
o
College degree is required. Will consider commensurate experience
o
A minimum of one year demonstrated track record of achieving sales goal or demonstrated
ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry is
required.
o
A minimum of six months of leadership experience is required.
o
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to include professional grammar
and demeanor.
o
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
o
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
o
Ability to travel as needed to training and/or multiple branch locations.
o
Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act,
including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks, and
obtaining a unique identifier by the NMLS.
