An officer investigated evading arrest or detention, which occurred in
Murray Residence Hall. Texas Tech officers were attempting to locate a
suspect for another law enforcement agency. When the officers made
contact, the student evaded officers. See offense report # 15-2294 and LPD
case # 15-45796.

An officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana and drug
paraphernalia, which occurred in the Zone 4P parking lot. The student was
also charged for possession of a fictitious personal identification certificate.
The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report
#15-2295.
