A Guard documented a medical emergency, which occurred in the blue pod of
the Pediatric Clinic, located on the third floor of the Clinical Science
Building. A female patient felt ill. EPFEMS personnel responded, but
transport to a hospital was refused by the patient’s mother. See incident report
#15-163EP.
