Language Building. A secured mountain bicycle and a cable lock were taken.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for public intoxication, which
occurred in the S1 parking lot. The non-student was issued a criminal trespass
warning for all Texas Tech property and transported to the Lubbock County
Jail. See offense report#14-1482.
