An Officer arrested two non-students, following a traffic violation in the 600
block of Knoxville Avenue. The first non-student was arrested for a warrant
from Lubbock Police Department and two instantered citations, driving while
license invalid and disregarding stop sign. The second non-student was
arrested for public intoxication. See offense report #15-1287.
