An officer responded to a suspicious person looking into vehicles in the C1
parking lot at the TTU Health Sciences Center. The non-student was taken by
ambulance to the University Medical Center Emergency room for an
emergency detention. The non-student took forty-seven prescription pills and
made statements about harming themself. The non-student was also issued a
criminal trespass warning for all of Texas Tech University property. See
incident case # 15-1185.
