A Texas Tech Police Officer documented damage to a vehicle, which
occurred in the west patient parking lot of the Clinical Science Building. The
mother of a patient closed the vehicle’s door, inadvertently locking an infant
inside. Texas Tech Police damaged the front driver’s window to rescue the
infant. See incident report # 14-142EP
