A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for obstructing a highway, which
occurred in the 900 block of Joliet Avenue. The non-student had ignored
repeated warnings from officers to stay out of the street and was impeding the
safe flow of traffic as a result of his actions. The non-student was transported
to Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 14-0999.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated
following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of 15th Street. The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County jail. The vehicle was impoounded by
Lubbock Wrecker Services. See offense report #14-1000.
