A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for four outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff Department warrants, which occurred in the 2500 block of 17th
Street following a traffic stop. The non-student was transported to the
Lubbock County Jail. The non-student’s vehicle was released to a family
member. See incident report # 14-0834.
