A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft, which occcurred at Chitwood
Residence Hall. An unsecured clothing was taken from the laundry room. See
offense report # 14-0268.
A Texas Tech Officer issued a student and a non-student Lubbock County
citations for possession of drug parpharnalia, following an investigation of a
suspicious odor at Clement Residence Hall. Both individuals signed the
citation and were released. See offense report # 14-0269.
