A Texas Tech Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred
in the Internal Medicine Clinic, located on the second floor of the Clinical
Science Building. A female patient fainted, but refused transport to the
hospital by EPFEMS personnel. See incident report # 14-136EP.
