A Texas Tech Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred
in the teal pod of the Pediatric Clinic, located on the third floor of the Clinical
Science Building. A female staff member experienced an asthma attack, but
refused transport to a hospital. See incident report # 14-041EP.
