A Texas Tech Officer documented information a medical, which occurred on
the 2nd floor of West Hall. A student had a seizure and was transported, by
Emergency Medical Services, to Covenant Hospital. See incident report
# 13-1014.
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for one outstanding Lubbock County
Sheriff Department warrant, possession of marijuana and possession of
substance (Xannax), following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of 18th Street.
The student was released pending the filing of charges for possession of
substance (Hydrocodone). The student was transported to the Lubbock
County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See
offense report # 13-1015.

which occurred in the 3200 block of 9th Street. The non-student was transported
to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was released to a passenger. See

possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred in Gates Residence Hall.
