A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for outstanding Lubbock County
Sheriff Department warrants, following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of 4th
Street. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle
was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See incident report #13-0952.
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid
and an outstanding Terry County Sheriff Department warrant, following a
traffic stop in the 700 block of Texas Tech Parkway. The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was released to a friend.
