A Texas Tech Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred
in the University Breast Care Clinic, located on the first floor of the Clinical
Science Building. A female staff member experienced shortness of breath.
EPFEMS arrived and treated her, but she refused to be transported to a
hospital. See incident report # 13-095EP.
