courses, dual-credit courses, or Credit by Examinations (CBEs) to
supplement their school or homeschool curriculum. Students can also
use this option to make up failed credits, resolve scheduling conflicts,
or graduate early or on time.

TTUISD offers a comprehensive curriculum ideal for
students who want to be homeschooled or for students
who need a flexible schedule. Coursework is available
in all required subject areas. During 2011-2012,
TTUISD had more than 2,900 full-time students.

Testing Services: 36,956 Enrollments
TTUISD can provide any number of CBEs needed, whether
it is one examination or thousands. These examinations
are graded by Texas-certified teachers. Schools then use a
percentage of mastery score to determine whether to award
credit.
INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS - A GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY
Partnering With Schools In Brazil
In 2011-2012, the partnership between TTUISD and 25 schools
in Brazil reached record growth as over 1,500 Brazilian students
are now able to pursue a Texas high school diploma without ever
leaving Brazil. Schools that participate in this partnership include
Leonardo da Vinci, Dante Alighieri, Magno, Pentágono, Alphaville,
Edna Roriz, Pio XII, São Miguel, Notre Dame, Jean Piaget, Christus,
Dinâmica, Portal Limeira, Damas, Santa Cecília, Agostiniano São José,
Instituto GayLussac, CLQ, and Master. Since the start of the program
in 2002, over 200 students have graduated with a Texas high school
diploma.
Potential partner schools in other countries
TTUISD is currently establishing new partnerships in Europe,
Asia, and South America with potential partnerships developing in
Portugal, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
In January, TTUISD will add an additional 15 new schools for a total
of 40 schools in Brazil.
