The above are suggested guidelines for registration. Students who prefer a lighter load each semester may take courses offered during the
summer sessions. However, not all courses are offered in the summer. This plan assumes that the student is exempt from any additional foreign
language requirement for the University Core.

3 hours Multicultural are required if not fulfilled by another course on the degree plan.
40 hours of Upper Level coursework (3000 and 400 level) are required in the major concentration areas.
Students are required to select three areas of concentration; at least two of which must be in the College of Human Sciences. The Human Sciences
concentrations may be selected from the following areas: Addictive Disorders and Recovery Studies; Apparel Design and Manufacturing;
Community, Family, & Addiction Services; Human Development & Family Studies; Interior Design; Nutition; Studies in Personal Finance; Personal
Financial Planning; Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management.
