Students who prefer a lighter load each semester may take courses offered during the summer sessions. However, not all courses are offered in the summer. This plan assumes that the student is exempt from any additional foreign language requirement for the University Core. Teacher Education programs in the 3rd and 4th years are field-based. In the 3rd year, field experiences will include one day a week in a public school classroom. In the 4th year, student teaching will take place 4 days a week during both semesters. * English Elective Choices include: ENGL 2305, 2306, 2307, 2308, 2351, 2388, 2391 ^ Pre-requisites & restrictions apply.
