OVERVIEW OF FUNDED RESEARCH
In the past ten years, principal investigator of 9 funded grants with total value of approximately $1
million : 1) on-line friendships of children and adolescents with social anxiety (Social Science and
Humanities Research Council of Canada): 2) observational study of the close friendships of children and
adolescents with ADHD (Canadian Institute of Health Research; and 3) Bullying experiences of
immigrant children in Canadian schools (Centre for Excellence in Research on Immigration and
Settlement).
